Welcome to ADHDPlanners.net. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products, templates, and business services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on ADHDPlanners.net are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a digital file (typically a PDF) containing instructions and links to access your purchased files or Canva templates.

2. Licensing and Usage (Standard Purchases)

Unless you specifically purchase a "Resale Rights" or "Done-For-You Business" package, all planners, bundles, and digital stickers purchased from our standard shop are strictly for personal use only.

• You may print the files as many times as you like for your own personal use.
• You may edit the Canva templates for your own personal use.
• You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce the files or templates for commercial gain.

3. Commercial Resale Rights & B2B Purchases

Purchasing the Resale Rights or Done-For-You Business package grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive commercial reseller licence for the products included in the purchased package.

You May:

• Sell the included PDF planners, Canva template copies and versions you personalize.
• Personalize the products using your own branding, colours and business information.
• Set your own selling prices.
• Keep the sales revenue generated through your business. ADHDPlanners.net does not take a revenue share. Payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, advertising and other business expenses remain your responsibility.

You may not:

• Share your private ADHDPlanners.net access page or download links.
• Transfer, give away or resell the reseller licence itself.
• Sell the complete package as another reseller-rights or PLR package.
• Give your customers permission to resell or redistribute the products.
• Claim exclusive ownership of the original ADHDPlanners source material.

Your customers receive the products for personal use only. If you provide a Canva template to a customer, share only a Canva template link—never an edit link or the original ADHDPlanners template link.

4. Done-For-You (DFY) Business Setup

For customers purchasing the $1997 Done-For-You Business Setup, the following specific terms apply:

• Client Responsibilities: You must purchase and provide your own domain name, web hosting, and a supported payment gateway account (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Delivery Timeline: The 10-working-day delivery timeframe begins only after we have received your completed onboarding form and all required account access and information.
• Platform: The website is provided as an HTML build. It is not built on WordPress or Shopify, meaning it does not require regular plugin updates, but structural edits will require HTML knowledge.
• Scope of Work: The service includes the installation of the website and automated product delivery setup. Ongoing maintenance, hosting fees, and marketing are your sole responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

Because our digital products are supplied immediately, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If your files are defective, corrupted or not delivered, contact support@adhdplanners.net so we can investigate and provide a working replacement.

The Done-For-You Business Setup fee becomes non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by applicable law. Work begins after we receive your completed onboarding form and required account access and start preparing or installing your business assets.

6. Medical Disclaimer

The products and content provided on ADHDPlanners.net are designed as supportive tools for organization, self-reflection, and routine building. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, therapist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHDPlanners.net and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use our products or services; (b) any unauthorized access to our servers; or (c) any business outcomes or lack of sales related to our commercial reseller packages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
